At Party Unlimited Supplies, we want every celebration to be perfect. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund process is simple, transparent, and customer-first.
You may request a return if:
The product is damaged or defective
The wrong item was delivered
Items are missing from your order
The product is not as described
To qualify:
Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused & in original packaging
Proof of purchase (Order ID, invoice) is required
For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Opened balloon packets
Custom-made or personalized decorations
Used or partially used decoration items
Clearance / final sale items
Opened tableware (plates, cups, napkins)
After receiving and verifying the returned product:
Refund is issued to your original payment method
Processing time: 3–7 business days
COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
Customer pays return shipping if the return is due to personal reasons
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect — we cover shipping cost
If your order is damaged on arrival:
Notify us within 12 hours
Share photos/videos of the damaged item & packaging
Provide your Order ID
We will offer:
Replacement, or
Full Refund, or
Store Credit
We ensure fast resolution.
We may cancel orders if:
Item is out of stock
Payment fails
Incorrect address is provided
Fraud is suspected
You will receive a full refund automatically.
